This 142-page State of the Basin Report is a synthesis of what is currently known about the water quality of Lake of the Woods and Rainy River based on the data gathered by multiple agencies. The report provides a snapshot of water quality in the Lake of the Woods and will serve as a working tool to set provisional targets against which water quality and the effectiveness of water management strategies can be compared.
